What kind of fractions are we talking here? Improper? Regular? Is there an option to convert to decimals or multipy by the reciprocal?

You can do whatever you want, it's in the early phases, so if somebody has an idea for an upcoming fraction, the gates are open.
Even with the convertion of the decimals into the multipliers of the reciprocals.

The Empire is regular, they've got strict ranks, the Order is a bit...um...different (read zahru's Order army in the Armory), the Crime bands rarely fight themselves, usually they pay for mercenaries to protect their asses from the guns of the local Orderkeepers, and the tekkmenz...they are the tekkmenz.

I think he means you meant to say "Factions", not "Fractions", which are like 7/10
