You used a word that is filtered.

Also, you're a little late on that subject of filtering a word that another word is filtered to, Soap.

What I meant was he should add another to negate the use of the filtered word dapper. So people who type in dapper will get something else, while people who use the word "Word filtered to dapper" would get dapper.

Oh, well, now that he's banned I understand what he's saying.

What I DON'T understand is why everyone thinks I'm out to get them, haha. All I said is that it was talked about before, maybe I'm just too serious for these forums and need to joke around more. So back in the 80s a knew a guy who was really old, maybe 50!
He was a psychologist, which is the drug doctor not the couch doctor. Although he didnt work with people, he worked with turtles, turtles brains.

So anyway, this guy was nuts, an unmarried, wargaming, gun toting nut.
When d10s with 0-9 first appeared he could not wrap his head around the concept. He called them zero-niners and would engage with the assistant manager of the game store, or anyone he could corner, in long winded explanations of his point.

The assistant manager also carried a gun so it was mostly a stand off and nobody got shot.

I liked the life story very much. It's sounds like any time I've walked into a Games Workshop store and been accosted by the resident champion games workshop nerd WHO TALKS LIKE THIS! all the time. I wish I had a gun...

Newb: New Guy, doesn't know how things are, yet.

Noob: A Prick that doesn't care how things are done and does their own lame ass thing and annoys everyone cause their a prick.

What gets me is the difference between a successful N00B and a fail N00B. If your lame ideas are seen to be interesting by the forum then you just might become an accepted (see tolerated) forum member. If your ideas fall short all the time then you will not.

In the 80s-90s I spent most saturdays at the game store.
It doesn't take very long to learn one truth.
Playing a roleplaying game for 12 hours is fun. Listening to someone describe their last rpg session for 12 minutes is agony.
