1. because select members of the forum have been invited to test these rules (they are a forum based game thingy (play warcraft and you'll get a rough idea))

(actually these rules are meant to generate tons of forum battles and a huge campaighn of awsomeness but whatever.)

They could have been in one thread in three different posts for organization.
As for Brickspace itself, you can just use regular Brikwars rules, but use 1 stud or 1/3 of a brick as an inch. Even if you do want to use a different set of rules for Brickspace, there's already 3 or 4 rules on here anyway.

i needed to subdivide components into tech levels and assighn costs (wich is their slots) so that i could allow them to desighn and build ships (as well as research new stuff)

i actually picked 4 random people and sent them a pm. the idea is if they aren't interested then theres no point proceeding and making the rules better. so far. not looking good. but it is Manly Santa Day so..... maybey. worst case. this gets buried and forgotten.
