Overview
Emperor Voynich has ruled Emeria since its birth countless thousands of years ago. Despite this, no one has ever actually seen him or spoke directly to him, and almost always speaks through his VAMI "advisers." It is well known that, for periods of time, Voynich disappears for centuries at a time. The VAMI mostly the rule the country for him, due to these constant disappearances.
