Otto von Bavaria, also known as Otto the Rebuilder, is most famous for founding the Third Alliance. Although he lost the initial Uberkaiser election to Kommander Alec of the RIN, he eventually had a dispute with Alec over the Uberkaiserdom and declared himself the second Uberkaiser of the TA. Piltogg of the Akkadian Empire took over the Uberkaiserdom to settle the conflict, and Otto died violently under mysterious circumstances. His son and successor, Kaiser Klaus, pledged fealty to Uberkaiser Piltogg.
Otto is also known for rebuilding Bavaria during hard times, leading the country out a civil war. He was married to Konigin Ada of Fynnland and had a son, Klaus von Fynnvaria-Bavaria.
