The Secondary Phalek Alliance
Creation
This alliance was forged by the Phalek Empire in G.R. 20,16 when they got stuck in a rather boring war between about 8 different factions. Representatives of each group who was against peaches were teleported against their will into an area outside of time and presented with the choice: "join us or die". Unsurprisingly, all factions joined and faced with this, the other peach tolerating factions retreated.
Objective
The main reason this alliance exists is to create as many puppet armies as possible, build them up and get an even larger swathe of minifigs fighting for the Phalek cause. This is also usefull because if any faction is attacked, the immediately have the support of all other members. Whereas individually, each faction would die out quickly if they were invaded.
