Im trying to take a pic of the soldier, but my camera wont turn on like Bonn-o-Tron.
Ill try later, I guess.

when i read the title, i thought you meant the chemical troopers off of command and conquer. (the first one) :)

This is usually the best way to go. To get an idea what different speeds are equivalent to, check the Speed Examples table in 7.2: Propulsion.

aren't Captain America, The Hulk and The Abomination all biochemical super soldiers? Except the last two went terribly wrong.

I would think they would have 7" movement, +1 to jumping and the ability to do fistfighting that is deadly
